Coach-led Group Fitness Intro


Dynamix Foundations introduces you to how we train in a group environment while still receiving individual coaching and guidance.


You'll learn:

 - Movement standards 

 - How to train progressively and safely 

 - How to build consistency inside group workouts

 - The flow of our training style 


This is where most start. 


Includes:

 - 5 coach-led group workouts

 - Used over 10 days

 - Learn movement standards, structure, and flow of our classes


This option is ideal if you:

 - Enjoy training with others

 - Want structured coaching in a group setting

 - Are exploring group training at Dynamix

Dynamix PT Foundations

3-session entry into PT


Dynamix PT Foundations is designed for those who are curious whether personal training fits their goals and routine. 


It's a structured opportunity to:

 - Ask questions 

 - Assess movement 

 - Experience 1-on-1 coaching 

 - Gain clarity before committing 


What You'll Gain

 - Improved understanding of how you move

 - Increased movement quality

 - Greater confidence inside and outside group fitness classes

 - Clear progress direction 

 - Clarity on whether ongoing PT aligns with your goals and schedule


Includes:

 - Complimentary consultation

 - 3 PT sessions

 - Sessions must be completed within 14 days of your first session
